Rigid Senses Pressed Bevel product specification

The Rigid Senses Pressed Bevel collection combines a registered texture with eased plank edges to offer an elegant solution to suit any style.

The bevelled edge of the flooring is formed by pressing down the surface layer into the joint during the manufacturing process, rather than cutting through it like painted bevel alternatives. This ensures the joint is completely water-tight, while the elimination of v-grooves means there are less places for dust to gather.

The Technical Stuff

The Senses Pressed Bevel collection features the Välinge 5Gi installation system which provides even tighter joints, but like the standard 5G system it can still be installed by hand with no need for hammers or tapping tools.

Pressed Bevel designs have an overall thickness of 6.0mm, which includes a stone polymer composite (SPC) core and an enhanced 0.55mm wear layer to provide a hardwearing and durable floor that can be used with confidence in domestic or light commercial settings. A 1mm foam underlay is already attached – eliminating the cost and fuss of buying and installing it separately.

All Senses floors are backed with a 25 year domestic use warranty, and 10 years for light commercial use. They’re also R10 slip resistant, water resistant, suitable for use with encased water piped underfloor heating systems, and can even be installed over existing wooden or ceramic floorcoverings.
